EU residents can return an item by contacting us within 14 days.
If you notify us within the deadline specified, we will give a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) on condition that the items are sent back to us exactly the same as you received them. The items have to be sent back within 14 days after we have received the notification from you.
The shipping expenses for returning an order are not covered by TreeSounds, and must be paid and arranged by customer.
Please note that the items have to be shipped directly to us, and not a drop-off/collection point.
